As I promised to my self. I have to start to traveling. First destination is Mt. Krakatoa. How I know this bunch of people I will write in another topic.

What’s in Mt. Krakatoa ?
Krakatoa is the name of a mountain located in the Sunda Strait (between java and Sumatra islands). In 1883, Krakatau erupted and devastated parts of Java and Sumatra, causing a huge tsunami that killed thousands of people in some of the affected areas. Today around the sea mountain have beautiful island and underwater view.

Estimate Time
The trips takes around 2-3 days. It could be a weekend gateway but in tight schedule.

Transportation
Starting from Jakarta to Merak port will takes around 4-5 hours by public bus to Jakarta - Merak port. It is depend on the traffic. You can get the buses from Terminal Kampung Rambutan-East Jakarta, Terminal Kalideres - beetwen Tangerang and West Jakarta, or in front of Plaza Slipi Jaya - West Jakarta. However if you stop the buses at Slipi Jaya, there's small chance for you to get a seat. Ticket price around IDR 15-20K.
At Merak Port, take boat to Bakauheuni Port - Lampung province. Boats leaves in every hour. Ticket around IDR.15K it takes 3 hours. You could pick your seat every where. But in case you need comfortable - air conditioner seat, you could up grade your class on the boat buy paying IDR. 10K to get into the room.
From Bakauheuni Port take small red vehicle called angkot to Canti port. I don't know how much the usual price because we rent the vehicle for IDR. 30K each. The journey need about an hour. And I forget to take the picture :(
From Canti Port there's a public boat to Sibesi island - biggest island and the only inhabited island - leave twice a day. Because we are 15 people, we rent a boat for hopping islands. The price around IDR. 2.5-3.5 mio depend on how big the boat is.

Actifity
Swimming and exploring around the uninhabited islands - Umang-Umang and Sebuku, snorkeling around Rakata island and hiking at Mt. Anak Krakatau.

Foods
No food seller. The easiest way is you ask the boatman to arrange your food. Usually they brought from the main island at Sibesi island.

Place to Stay
No hotel or hostel or resort. Bring your tent or sleeping bag.

Importance
